Description:
Using permanent steel molds the Model AVB has been used to produce large diameter castings for ultimate use as gears, flanges, bearings, bushings, sheaves, pulley’s, ball valves, parts and small bi-metal steel mill rolls.

- Water — 10 GPM @ 40 PSI — mold cooling
- Water — 10 GPM @ 40 PSI — shaft cooling
- Gas — 2 CFM @ 0.4 PSI for mold heating
- No special foundation required for work area
